In addition to my academic role, I am available for consulting and advisory engagements during the summer months. I bring more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in information technology, enterprise transformation, and program execution across insurance, utilities, and higher education. My work combines practical, executive-level experience with a strong academic foundation in information systems strategy, governance, and emerging technologies.
Availability and Engagement Model
My consulting availability is intentionally limited to the summer. I am not seeking full-time or ongoing consulting roles. This model allows me to focus on a small number of clients each year and provide hands-on, senior-level attention where clarity, judgment, and execution discipline are critical. Engagements are typically short-term and scoped to address specific strategic or operational challenges.

Clients typically engage me for work involving IT strategy and modernization planning, program and portfolio management (PMO) assessment or stabilization, post-merger integration and organizational alignment, cybersecurity governance and executive risk oversight, and practical AI strategy and technology adoption. My approach emphasizes realistic recommendations grounded in execution experience rather than theory or vendor-driven solutions.

I work directly with executive leaders and senior stakeholders to quickly understand context, assess risk, and identify practical paths forward. Engagements are designed to deliver clear outcomes, whether that involves stabilizing delivery, improving governance, informing investment decisions, or supporting leadership through periods of transition or change.
